So obviously the box and bottle are gorgeous. I am so happy just to have this bottle as a part of my collection because I find it so beautiful and unique. The quality of it is very nice. The cap is durable and comes off easily. The whole bottle just feels expensive. No leakage problems at all. Now onto the smell… When I first opened it (I blind bought it based on numerous positive YouTube reviews) I smelled it and it smelled like a lemon bar! However, I went to spray it on my arm and that lemon completely disappeared! It’s in the opening in the air from spraying, but not at ALL on my body which I find very interesting. Instead, I got more of a cashmere vanilla whipped cream type of vibe. It is definitely gourmand but not overly sweet gourmand. On my skin, it’s less fluffy and airy - which is how many describe it being - and more warm and cashmere-y if that makes sense. It’s not heavy or cloying at all by any means but it’s definitely more cashmere-y than just airy and fluffy if you can imagine that. If I spray my clothes instead, that lemon does come out and it does stay on my clothing, it is just nonexistent on my skin lol. Very weird! Nonetheless, I am impressed with Lattafa’s quality. Everything from the packaging to the bottle to the scent is made very well and with care/attention to detail. This was my first ever Lattafa purchase (I also have Peace and Love coming tomorrow, another blind buy) and I’m very happy with it. The scent is a bit different than what I expected but not in a bad way. It’s kind of a pleasant unexpected surprise. It smells extremely unique and signature worthy. I have not smelled Devotion which is what this is supposed to be a dupe of feom what I’ve heard. Still a super unique scent in my opinion and great for all occasions and seasons. Can be worn year round. The longevity is pretty good too. I think I need to spray a little bit more as I always go with one or two sprays maximum but in order to really test the longevity I think a few sprays wouldn't hurt. Love the bottle and the scent and super happy with my purchase. Cannot believe how affordable Lattafa is for the quality and I cannot want to start an entire Lattafa collection. I love this smell! It may just be me, but I do not think it lasts long enough. The weird thing is that people still smell it on me when I do not. I get that a lot when I wear Lattafa. I have many Lattafa scents. Victoria smells devine! I love the scents but I do not smell them throughout my day, but other people do. I don't know why... Lattafa is usually set at a decent consumer price. The bottles are beautiful and the packaging is so nice, you don't even want to throw it away!!! Like WTH... Victoria's box had quilting on the side of it!! Lattafa really cares about their products and their appearance- It's a true experience every time I get a new one! No Lie. ... show more

So my cousin has a original dolce, Gabbana devotion and I really really wanted it because it stays on me for a very long time on clothes and everywhere I sprayed it on so I went ahead and search for it on Instagram and I saw that this was the due for it. I’ve owned these perfumes before and I really love them and the longevity of them so I wanted to give them a try and it did not disappoint. I sprayed it on myself and I still have it more than 48 hours after it’s still on my shirt it’s still on my skin. The smell is identical a little bit more subtle maybe just one point down, but I think it’s perfect cause it still smells the same way just not a steep and intense, but maybe if you pair with like a good lotion or oil it’ll probably stay longer, but I am obsessed. It’s my new Latifah favorite. I know I’m gonna repurchase this over and over. The price is unbeatable. The bottle is gorgeous. this would be perfect for a gift for a mother for anybody that you’re celebrating that that you love I feel like anybody will follow with sent. ... show more

    • Lemon Meringue pie without the meringue -- and still warm out of the oven.

Very lemon forward. You ever have a piece of lemon meringue pie still warm from the oven? The lemon flavor when it's warm is heavier than it is when it has been refrigerated. (Not cloying) How it tastes so much sweeter and where a cold pie is refreshing, warm, it's cozier.... with the PERFECT this woman knows how to make a perfect crust with it. I keep hearing people say this is airy - I find this less airy and certainly sweet - the lemon lessons as it dries down and settles. In an hour or so it just smells sophisticated and sweet. I'm migraine prone, this has never given me a headache. I wear perfume to bed and this is so great to wake up wearing. :) I love smelling it in my pajama top the next day before getting ready for my day - that settled scent usually makes me want to wear it the next day too. For being citrus I think it will work in the summer but I think it's better suited for fall. Kind of like how a lemon meringue pie works in the summer but MAN does it taste good during holidays. You have to like sweet, lemon... and if you don't love the first 20 seconds of the scent or think it smells just a tiny bit like lemon pledge but edible and don't like it (I like the whole journey) give this just 20 seconds to maybe 2 minutes and it will change and soften out. I bet if you were a teacher for elementary kids the ones who caught a sniff of it would tell you they liked it. I'm not saying it's juvenile but this enjoyable for so many age groups - you'd smell pleasant and comforting to a child. ... show more

    • Gorgeous bottle and wonderful scent once it's dried down

I love this scent. Sweet with some spice. Last 5ish hours. You might get a sour smell when first applied (everytime) give it 10 minutes to settle and it goes away. If you have super sweet perfume or body spray you dont like alone...THIS will layer beautifully and let you use it up. The quality of the bottles from this brand never cease to amaze me! Absolutely stunning!! Makes me think of fall. Of making smores at a campfire. Ir reading a good book in the cool fall evening on the porch under a blanket reading a good book watching the sunset. ... show more
