Everything started out great but all of a sudden I can't charge it. Apparently the charger is bad but in the instructions you can not use any other charger or you void your warranty. So right now I have no phone. Also it doesn't let me send texts that contain photos. Lastly some texts comes through saying that the text is ready for download, but it doesn't happen... little circle just goes around and around. Update: After many emails, they are going to reimburse me for the new charger that I had to purchase. They finally figured out that I needed to setup the APN (whatever that is). Received this Note 6T as a gift as a secondary cellphone. My first impressions are pretty impressive for a cellphone that cost’s less than $150. Excellent screen display, light weight and fits nicely for people with smaller hands. As for inserting your memory SD or sim card, you need to remove the back cover rather than using a sim ejection tool. The instructions for this are on the back cover. A different procedure over other brands. You will also notice here that the battery is removable. (Nice feature for a battery replacement) There is also a pre-installed screen cover which is a nice touch. ... show more

I haven't been able to use the phone it won't stay on I charged it to 100 percent and in 10 min it was at one percent and it kept going to Google services when trying to and my Google account I need better phone. This an update also, I want to thank the people who are working with Amazon for offering to replace the phone and not give a good review for them they're they're really good people so it's just you know sometimes phones are faulty but I did the factory reset it did not work on the battery life so I'll make sure to take the screenshot for you ... show more
