I would highly recommend using them if you wear little to no make up. Removes mascara and eyeliner really well. I only wear two layers of make up, and they removed it with ease. I use a facial cleanser to clean them and I am very satisfied with how well they look afterwards. The price increased from the first time I purchased them so I haven't ordered again, yet.

Only reason I did 4 out of 5 stars is because they shrink significantly after use. Picture included to show the used one that I washed by hand and air dried on the bathroom counter and a non used one. They seem to shrink different amounts and the one is small enough that it just barely stays in the container which is almost entirely open on the bottom. It may depend on if you wash with cold, warm, or hot water?? I haven’t conducted any experiments, not important enough to me. The container is nice, I love the color (pale green), picture is accurate. The fact that you just pull them out for use and push them back in when clean and dry is growing on me. At first I didn’t like how open the container was because it seems unsanitary. But I keep them in a drawer, so what’s really going to get on them? The pads felt a little stiff and rough and I was concerned about using them on my eyes but as soon as water hits them they puff a little like a sponge and are quite soft! They are plenty soft to scrub my eyelids. I can’t say much about the exfoliation properties because I’m not using them on the rest of my face. There is texture to them so I can only assume there’d be some exfoliation. For what they are - reusable “cotton rounds” - I would say these are pretty great. Easy to wash by hand and do exactly what they’re supposed to do. Hopefully they last as long as they say!

Got these for my wife last Christmas (2021) because she had been using disposable cotton pads from (insert big box retailer here) and she's been using them since rather than having to buy the disposable ones every month. Am writing this review more on her behalf since I don't use them, but she's never complained nor has had to buy anything different since using these. They seem to wash well, but will get more and more dingy over time. She's asked for new ones this holiday just because the others aren't getting as clean with each wash (which is expected for a product like this...in my opinion).

They come very stiff, but just a bit of water and it softens right up. After it's use, I'm able to simply wash it out with soap and water, and place on drying space. If it gets too dirty, I place them in my 'delicates' laundry. I hope I can make a bigger order of just more of the pads, so I can stack them up in the 6" glass cylinder container that used to hold my cotton pads.

It’s hard to remember to reach for these as opposed to the other cotton rounds, but they are nice and sturdy, and I’m serving thing for applying everything from cleanser solutions. So far I really like them it’s just a matter of getting in the habit of using them.

I love that these are reusable and good for the environment. Took getting used to starting with a wet pad since I had used dry cotton rounds my whole life, but I’m glad to have made the switch. I wash them with hand soap (Dr Bronner’s) at the sink after using and just let them dry on the edge on my toothbrush-holding cup.
