Beautiful Playhouse, Tiny Kitchen Sink
Color: Brown
This playhouse is beautiful! We did seal it to be on the safe side. I strongly advise taping off the white trim as that turned a cream color once CLEAR seal was added overtop, causing us to have to repaint the white on one side. I love how its big enough to last longer than most playhouses as the kids grow. I will say my gripe is with the kitchen sink. If that's important to you, just know the sink is doll size, small enough to fit in a purse. The bench and serving area are nice additions! We'll see how it holds up!

good size, good value
Color: Brown
This playhouse is move-in ready for the kiddies! They love it. It also serves as storage for their toys. The picnic table is adorable but will need more support by adding wood screws since the hardware included uses caps rather than nuts which can't be tightened enough to offer solid support. Next is finding a proper cover for winter. This playhouse is really great and a darn good value for the money. Thank you!

The next best thing to a tree house.
Color: Brown
The assembly is a bit difficult, the instructions are not very specific, it is sturdy and looks good our 6 and 8 year old grandchildren love it. For the cost it is a good value !

A nice cute play house that is big enough to last as the kids grow.
Color: Brown
Relatively easy to put together. Study. Large enough for toddlers on up to ten year olds. All the parts are painted and the constructed item looks spot on to the photo on line. The only issue is that the instructions are not as detailed as they could be. But all the parts are clearly labeled including the fasterners, so if you are a bit handy you will have no problem putting this together. Lastly it looks Adorable!
