I got this dreamcatcher for our bedroom, because me, my husband, and our 5 year old daughter sleep in the same room together and my daughter really wanted a dreamcatcher. We got the pink feathery one, and It is stunningly beautiful, and looks exactly like the picture. The craftsmanship is really high quality, and it has nice sturdy string that hasn't come undone for the whole couple months we've had it. That being said, I would advise anyone who gets one of these to cleanse it with either Sage or Palo Santos smoke before putting it up. We didn't do that, and all three of us had awful nightmares for the first 3 nights in a row until I took it down and did a cleansing with Palo Santos wood smoke. Not sure what sort of negative energies were attached to this thing when it arrived, but since we cleansed it, it's been fine now.

The feathers are fluffy and a beautiful ombre. The wicker part came a bit warped/oblong, I guess from the packing. The main part I was disappointed in was the beads and super shiny pearls; they are a very cheap/lightweight plastic, that feels like a kids' bracelet. For some reason I was thinking or hoping they'd be heavier stone. The ad says "Abs crystal beads"...must mean "cheap plastic." And the string is a little "nylon-y." These details downgrade it for me, as does the bright white frames...in other reviewer photos it seemed more cream colored, and I took a chance that it was. Mine was just as bright white as the ad photos, but I can't fault them for correctly displaying that part! So, this comes off as "cute" - might work for a teenager. I think I will invest in something that I can see in person next time, and pay for premium quality materials like stones, leather, and feathers I can be sure came from somewhere ethical.

I ordered this as a gift for a friend girl whose daughter was having nightmares and refused to sleep in her room. The saying goes that the Dreamcatcher will collect all of your bad dreams and when the Sun hits it they will be dispersed forever. When we gave it to Stephanie and told her the story behind it she was so excited and ran to her room and hung it and her window. A few days later she came over with her mom and told me that she loves her dreamcatcher and it has made all of her dreams of nothing but unicorns and candy. This is a large dreamcatcher and it is extremely well done. All of the knots are tight and there are no exposed edges or fraying. It was reasonably priced and a really great find.
