Bought these for my son's for Christmas and the clip broke and would not shoot the orbies. I sent them a message and they replaced them without any issues. The new guns are working great the kids love them.

My kids were so excited when they each got one of these for Christmas this morning but the one who received the red one was quickly saddened when he put it together only to find that the activation switch that toggles from auto to semiautomatic is broken. It goes 3/4 of the day but then stops and won't go any further making the semiautomatic option void. Will be returning but a big bummer, especially on Christmas day. Can't say I'd buy again or recommend.
