The product is great and the customer service is amazing. I bought this back in I think Nov of 2023 and used it from 1-3 times a day, everyday. The size is great and it does a good job. About Nov of 2024 the heating element went out so it couldnt sterilize, dry or thaw. Making it pretty useless. I contacted the company in Jan 2025 to see if I there was anyway to repair it or get a new part for it. They responded immediately and said they'd send a new one. I told them the order number was kind old but as soon as I gave it to them they shipped a new one. I had it in 3 days. I'm a happy customer.

Item is so great. The seamless dry and sanitizing feature is helpful for our baby life. When it was passed almost 8 months from we purchased, it sometimes happened shut-off trouble. I use this thing at least 3 times a day. It is easy to use. Just press a couple buttons and leave it be. It sterilizes and drys with no left over water drops. Probably one of my favorite items I got for my baby shower. It is large but still doesn't take up to much counter space which is nice because I live in a apartment.

This is a pretty good sterilizer. It’s a good set up. We had originally bought another one that was more expensive but it didn’t have the dry feature. This one does, and it works great. The only one thing is that the buttons are somewhat flaky and many times I struggled to turn it on. Other than that, it works great.

**Update** After posting my review the seller reached out and offered various ways to fix the issue, including a reminder that you have to hold the power button for 3 seconds. I am very happy with the service and response from the seller. While I still feel that this would be better served with physical buttons, the service and quick resolution from the seller raised my review. **Original Review** To start with the positives, this sanitizer holds 8 oz bottles or six of the Dr Brown 8 oz bottles along with all of the anti-colic accessories. It seems to sanitize in about 10 minutes and and dries in about an hour total. Not much else to say about it as it's a very simply made machine, just pieces of plastic and a hot plate. Now, the reason for the three-star review is how frustrating it is. It clearly states to wash the bottles before sanitizing. By washing the bottles it means you will have some water on your hands. If there is even a little bit of water on your finger, the buttons will not work and you cannot turn on the machine. It has become very frustrating as you have to thoroughly dry your hands for a long time before you can even turn the machine on. If these buttons were physical buttons or if this issue is fixed I would give it five stars, but because of the frustration we have when we try to turn on and sanitize the machine, it is a three-star product. I would look for a product with better physical buttons.

Update: I'm impressed! The seller reached out to me right away and fixed the issue quickly. They even sent a brand new sterilizer! Their customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend this seller for their great product, amazing service, and excellent support. I really wanted to like this product, it has ample space to fit several bottles and pump parts at the same time. It was working fine for first few days. Took almost an hour for sterilization and drying. However, after first week it started to switch off on its own in the middle of the process without finishing the cycle, so irritating it keeps happening

This company is so wonderful to work with. I had some bad luck with my 1st one not working and they sent a second one to me right away! About 6 months later the 2nd one stopped working so I reached out to the seller and they sent me another one! The customer service Lisa gave me was very thoughtful and kind and I really appreciate her quick responses and helping get my new sanitizer! I absolutely love that this company stands by their products because this sanitizer is literally a game changer! I can clean all my pump parts and several bottles and it truly makes being a new mom so much easier! Thank you again! Old review: It was a lifesaver and I loved this when it worked, I’ve bought 2 only bc the first one died after a week. Now the second died. I missed the return window and I’d love to be able to exchange it bc it was truly helpful for a first time mom. Disappointed. I’d appreciate if the seller would help and just wrote them so we will see and I’ll update.
