These are highly affordable units, but they are not designed for heavy use or for holding heavy tools like hammers and mechanics tools. Probably fine for small shops with lightweight tools. I had a problem with one of the cabinets, and sent it back for a refund. There are a couple of dents on the side and back panels of the 7-drawer model (I ordered the 5-drawer and 7-drawer set), but they are merely cosmetic, no effect on the function. Both boxes were nicely packed for shipping (which was surprisingly fast). Stainless tops look very nice and I appreciate the included drawer-liners. Minimal assembly (handles and wheels), so I was able to start moving my tools right away! ... show more

Bought 3 pieces. 2 came dented. That is not a mistake. 1 purchase was 2 cabinets, other purchase was 1 cabinet. 1 of each came dented. This isn't like a tiny dent, it is more like it was dropped upside down Still works though.. EDIT: Going to upgrade to 3 stars as the company is actively working with me on a solution. It is not the companies fault FedEx mangled the tool boxes. So far, good customer support. May edit again depending on the outcome. ... show more

It came dinged up like we bought it used. Husband didn’t care since it’s just for our garage tools and won’t be used too much. That said, these are way cheaper than some of the name brands so for regular folks that don’t work in a garage or with their tools all day every day, this is a bargain.
