Exactly as described. Works really well, and easy to setup. The little prop stand to help hold the additional weight isn’t really necessary unless your laptop has loose hinges, and the prop stand could be designed a little better, but it works. I just wish to at the screen resolution would support something higher than HD, but it works for what I need. I liked that it came with all the necessary cables for different connections (usb-c & hdmi), and that it came with a protective carry bag with a pouch for the cables.

I really loved the ease of connection and the size and clarity of the screen, however the major design flaw is the piece of plastic that presses into the screen when in its portable folded position. I used the carrying case provided and only had the portable monitor for about a week or two when I opened it and connected it to the screen being completely unusable from a pressure point in the bottom right of the screen that lines up with where it folds onto itself. I would not recommend if you plan to carry this with you a lot, as any sort of pressure will cause this issue. If you want a small monitor to use at home, it should work just fine for you. Unfortunately, that sort of defeats the “portable” aspect. Disappointed because it was expensive and I did really like the product.

The customer service is top-class. They are responsive and really make the effort to help. Had a problem with the unit well outside the return window period but that did not prevent them for helping to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. On the product side, the functionality is good but the design of the product makes it a bit difficult to get it on and off the laptop and one needs to be really careful otherwise it is very easy to damage the unit beyond repair. Additionally, the USB-C to USB-C cable is prone to damage because of the way the port is positioned and it is difficult to get the cable off. Besides, even though it is only a USB cable, it appears to be proprietary, with a heavy price tag in case a replacement is needed.
