I really love this laptop bed tray. I spend most of my time in bed due to medical issues and needed some type of tray to use for a new art hobby. It was important that the tray tilted and had a reasonable price point. This tray exceeded my expectations. It works perfectly for me, tilting at quite a few different angles and easily adjusting to different heights. Plus, it has a side drawer that’s very handy for my pens and other small equipment. The finish is smooth and lovely, so I had no need to sand it. I’ve had no problems with the drawer as other reviewers have. It opens and closes very smoothly. I also use the tray when I’m on my IPad. It has a removable wooden ledge that keeps the IPad and art canvas from sliding off the tray. The ledge can be stored in the side drawer, which I find very handy. I have no criticisms about this product and would purchase it again.

I love everything about this lap desk! The quality build of this product is top-notch! I love the fact it has a sturdy latch to open & close the side that will raise. It has 7 different lift level options with a nice, wood, ledge to hold your coloring book / laptop / etc. When lifted, there's still a nice size flat surface on the right side. Smooth surfaces all over. Beautiful color as well. I could not be happier with this purchase. I give it 10 🌟 's ! I will recommend this to anyone, of any age !

Oct. 23, 2018. Product arrived quickly and in good condition. Nnewvante sent the item bubble wrapped with care instructions specifically to elongate the life of this bamboo product, so kudos to them. The build is decent and everything works as it should, however a star has been removed for some minor issues. One, the only straight angled cuts on this thing are for the legs. The drawer isn't exactly square so it catches a little bit when trying to open it. The laptop side of the desk is separated with a cut that's around 182 degrees, instead of a straight 180. It's very minor and likely won't be an issue as far as mechanics go, but you can tell things aren't cut exactly right. The last cosmetic issue is for the vent cutout and under edges of the desk, and this is the primary reason for the loss of a star. You will likely need to buff down these hard edges to take the splinters and burrs off, as the wipedown with the wet cloth they recommend isn't enough to remove them. I will update in a few weeks to report on its overall durability through use. ------ November 29, 2018: I've been using this desk frequently in these past few weeks. Following the care instructions for maintaining the bamboo has resulted in the fan slots smoothing out considerably. Sanding lightly definitely helped, but keeping the wood conditioned is an absolute must. The desk is extremely comfortable and the default height works well in deep set recliners or even sitting on the floor. The only issues I've noticed so far is that the drawer is almost impossible to open when anything is placed inside of it and humidity is high. The only way to fix this is to reassemble the drawer components, but that's not something I would really recommend doing as it seems the parts were never squared to begin with. If you need a lap desk with a drawer for storage, I would look elsewhere. Additionally, the more you use your lap desk, the more the legs move freely. This is both a blessing and a curse; it's never a struggle to open the desk to use anymore, but the locking mechanism only keeps the legs open, not closed. Putting the desk away after use has resulted in the legs slapping me in the face on occasion. I wouldn't consider this a deal breaker however, as the remedy is fairly easy: don't face the backside of the desk towards you when you're putting it away. Overall, I would highly recommend this product (if you don't need a drawer on your desk) for your use. It's turned out to be a sturdy and stable working space with great depth and width for working on. I've been able to complete coloring assignments, computer work, and even play some games on my computer with it. The fan slots help to keep my computer cool, and definitely lighten the weight of the desk a bit. I really like that the book rest is optional and it fits nicely in the drawer (although it can be a pain to access at times). The angles of the adjustable side of the surface are perfect for reading, and those who prefer using the Nintendo 3DS with a stand will find this desk works perfectly for that as well.

Can you love a laptop desk? Well... it turns out you can! This thing is great! Really high quality, love the smooth finish on the surface and the legs are sturdy and lock into place. It is heavy enough to be durable, but not too heavy so I can move it from room to room in the house. I did a ton of product comparisons before settling on this one and am so glad I got this. I wasn't sure if I wanted this size or the larger size as I wanted room for my mouse and mouse pad on the right. It's the perfect fit. I don't feel like I'm running out of room and I'm also not restricted in where I can sit because it isn't oversized. The little drawer is so cute. Holds my cell phone and some pens and pencils as well as the little wooden piece that you can put in place if you want to adjust the incline on the one side of the desk. My plan is to use this for my laptop some days, but also be able to use it as an art desk other days, as I am both an artist traditionally and digitally. It's the perfect companion to my work/life balance. I especially liked that it was already setup in the box. Not a fan of putting furniture together. Did I mention it smells amazing (which is just a nice bonus, hahaha). Looks great and really high quality. I hope you found this review helpful!
