I ordered this case a few weeks ago and so far it works great. I haven't done any drop testing but I'm sure the phone would survive anything below 4 or 5 feet. The case is sturdy and smooth with rounded corners so it feels nice when holding. It has protecting flaps for the charging port and s pen. If you have really short fingernails they might be difficult to open. The screen protector has a small visible circle over the fingerprint reader. It is usually unnoticed unless you have white pixels behind it. The buttons on the case are satisfying and fit the buttons on the phone perfectly. It comes with a wrist strap that can loop tie onto the bottom left corner of the case (phone facing you). The phone is much larger and wider to hold with the case on, so if the phone is already too big without the case for you it might be a problem. Both sides of the case are clear and are connected by the s pen cover flap. The more fragile part of the case is the screen protector just because it scratches up so easily. After the first few days I noticed a scratch on the screen protector from just something in my pocket with the phone. I tend to lose my stylus pen. If you drop your Note 10 accidentally chances are the pen will fly-out. This unit has a pen cover which has been a life-saver apart from being a sturdy case.

    • Scratches easily; can't hear people on the phone

The case got scratched up on the front screen very quickly with just normal use. It was hard to open the charger port in the beginning. I couldn't hear people on the phone because the case muffled a lot of the sound and when the phone was on speaker mode, I could hear better, but people couldn't hear me. I often sounded like I was far away from the phone and the case was kinda a pain to take off. The fingerprint reader required a sticker that stopped working within a month and when replaced, it still didn't allow me to unlock my phone so I ultimately had to switch back to my old case. ... show more
