It is the Silver Cap over the corner pocket, see attached pictures. This situation is dragging on. I paid for a brand new pool table and it is damaged and missing the all the A5 screws that are supposed a main screws in order to assemble. I feel that I need more of a refund than $150 for this damaged product. See attached pictures of box as well. Please advise of a better solution being that this table is completely out the box.

Very nice table for the price. Perfect for my teenage son, daughter and friends. Smooth surface, no bubbles, no dings, and cues are straight when assembled. Very happy with the table itself. The delivery... not so much. While delivery was faster than expected, they aren't joking when they say "curbside delivery." I was lucky to be home and able to talk to the driver - he agreed to back the truck up my driveway and put the box as close to the door as possible. We ended up opening the box and taking the contents in the house, piece by piece. Install took one evening, but we definitely would have paid to have someone deliver AND assemble. Heed my advice: wear sneakers or sturdy shoes - I wish I did when I dropped the table on my foot. 300lbs, no kidding.

Great table. Great price. Was delivered earlier than expected and the guy who delivered it, Buck, was very nice. He helped bring it into our garage, which he didn't have to do so that was awesome of him. My husband had it put together in about an hour. The table looks great. Very happy with our purchase

This table meets more then the expectations I was hoping for. Very easy to assemble, but as I read in another review, put the table on sawhorses when assembling. This makes is so much easier then trying to flip the table over. I would definitely recommend this table if your looking for a inexpensive form of entertainment for family and friends. ;-)

The table does what it's supposed to do but the quality could be better, although you get what you pay and the price can't be beat. I give only 3 stars because it came with couple of scratches and the delivery was not the best. The box weights over 300 pounds and is around 7ft long on top of a huge pallet and the delivery guy was having issues taking it out of the truck so he wanted to take it back with him because he didn't wanted to unload it, then he wanted to leave the 300+ pound huge box outside on the sidewalk so my wife would take care of it. Did I mentioned is 300+ pounds and 7ft. long? The instructions to put the table together are ok to follow but it takes 4 strong grown man to actually move the pieces around to be able to put it together. After noticing the scratches, the delivery experience, and how heavy it is, I didn't even bothered complaining about it and just learned to live with it. I actually noticed the scratches after it was completely assembled and I flipped it over.

The table couldn't be leveled and the rails had no response what so ever. Guess you get what you pay for.

UPDATE: Pics added. I wanted to get a pool table to teach my son how to play some 8-ball and 9-ball. This one had good reviews for the price. The 1st issue was the deliver company contacted me on Wednesday to say they were going to deliver the pool table that day, but they never showed up. I called them and they said they'd deliver it on Thursday, but they never showed up. I called them again and they said they'd deliver it on Friday, and they finally showed up (two days late) and dropped the package on my doorstep. I contacted the seller regarding the delivery issues and they refunded me $25. I managed to get the box inside my house. I opened it up and there's a long crease in the felt that goes from the corner pocket to the side pocket -- so roughly 2.5 to 3 feet long -- about 3 or 4 inches away from the rail. And, it DOES affect balls rolling over or near that area. I tried my best to brush it out, but it's definitely a permanent crease in the felt. Also, he table doesn't roll true. I have checked the balance and levels on the table a dozen times -- it's balanced -- but, as the ball slows to a stop, it always rolls to the left or right. Same with the rails. We had some laughs this weekend at some of the bounces off the rails. Not very authentic. Bottom line is: I can't be all that upset -- you get what you pay for. But, hopefully others find this review helpful and understand the risks/rewards. If you buy this table, hopefully your experience is better than my experience.
