I got the black version of these sneakers with the white sole. They arrived in a nice, normal sneaker box and were packaged in a similar manner that most sneakers come in. I immediately noticed that they are pretty nice looking sneakers. Simple yet effective and attractive design. Nice straight forward mesh design on the top portion of the sneaker, and white sole bottoms. I gave them to my girlfriend who tried them out and had the following comments. They are cute and overall nice looking. They slip on the foot easily like most other sneakers............nothing weird or different. They do lack arch support, and she also told me that she feels the bottom base part (sole) is too thin or not supportive enough. She indicated that she could feel everything on the floor including the floor design (floor tile separation lines). Meaning the bottom of the shoes, the sole or platform should either be a bit thicker, or use more supportive material. Nothing too bad where it is a big issue.............but an observation she made. Overall not bad, but shop around as $40 can get you a lot in this very competitive sneaker market. Update: After about a week of wearing, my girlfriend indicated that these are not supportive enough and her feet hurt compared to other sneakers / shoes she normally wears. She indicated she would not be wearing these again for anything requiring long distance walking or usage. She said maybe good for temporary workout and some stuff around the house, but not supportive enough (for her) for longer term usage.

I like the looks of these shoes. Once on, the feel of them was different. There was plenty of cushion inside that wasn't the problem. The problem I had was my right shoe fit my foot smaller then my left foot. I was surprised because I have another pair of shoes almost identical to theses just in black and they fit fine. I don't know if they mislabeled the size of the shoe or something, or if the inside doesn't go all the way where it should. My big toe is pushed up against the shoe which hurts when I try to move it. I don't have that problem with my left foot and have the room I need for it. Walking in the shoes I found my left foot was fine and could easily move around comfortable. My right foot hurt as I walked as it kept pushing my big toe up and making it bend because of not having enough room. The shoes where in my normal size I get 8. Though the shoes say 39 which is equivalent to US size 8. I do like the shoes just wish it fit my foot like it should. Besides that,the shoes would be comfortable,and they are easy to pull and tie. It has rubber bottoms making it easy to keep you steady when surfaces are wet,and to keep you from falling. The material is also breathable and the shoes are lightweight. Over all these would be a great shoe to have.

From my wife: I typically wear memory foam sneakers, so I was excited to try these out. The price point is a good value. The sneakers look great. When I first put them on, I noticed the memory foam was not quite as thick as other memory foam shoes. The style of the shoe made the back end seem longer, so my first steps made me look like a baby giraffe. I wore them to work and also shopping to a bunch of stores on the weekend. My feet didn't hurt when I got home.

The shoes actually fit well but I can't wear them. I have a bunion on my left foot right in the location of a seam. I was disappointed as the first time I tried them on I really liked them. I had been hoping to use them as my indoor house shoes. I tried to make it work but it was too painful. Like some of my relationships in the past..."it's not you,..it's ME! I still would recommend these shoes.

I ordered these walking shoes for my wife and she is (mostly) happy with them. I ordered a size 7 which is almost always the correct size for her but really needed a 7 1/2 to fit her with this shoe. She tried them for a physical therapy today and they were comfortable enough for her. They are bright white so already have some marks that are a little work to remove. For the most part, a good shoe at a decent price.
