Shoe arrived exactly as expected and is very cute and simple. I am a true 8 and ordered an 8 and it is just a hair short in the toe, but not quite enough for me to send back for a larger size. I purchased the Lamina sneakers in a size 8 and then returned them for the 8.5. The return process was easy and the refund issued quickly. I am so pleased with these sneakers. They are so easy to just slip on. As for the insole and comfort, I do like that it is a bit more a a minimalist approach on cushioning and that they are lower to the ground and so elevated and high up that I feel like I am wearing platform sneakers.
