These skates are amazing! Both of my daughters loved them! Highly recommend. Pluses 1. The adjusting is very easy and the boots seem very sturdy despite them being adjustable. 2. Super comfortable and easy on/off process at the skating rink 3. Relatively sharp out of the box 4. To the people who say it is hard to adjust, loosen the laces a bit and take out the strap to make the adjustment easier. I highly recommend these skates for beginners!     • Nice product... but there is a design flaw!

My grandson has small ankles, the top strap is not able to properly tighten due to a design flaw that makes the strap hit a grommet on the back of the skate before it is tight. This can be overcome by putting on heavy socks. Make sure you get the skates sharpened before use!
