This was my first lafco candle and it will most definitely not be my last. I am honestly obsessed with candles and have found that the more expensive ones are worth it both in fragrance and burn time. The bathroom lafco candle smells amazing and I would recommend this candle to anyone that's looking for a candle that burns well, lasts a long time, looks great while it's burning (and even while it's not thanks to the beautiful blue container), and fills a large space with a gorgeous fragrance. I live in a pretty good sized apartment and our kitchen, living room, and dining room are all one really big space with 12 foot ceilings and this candle easily fills the entire space with it's scent. As another reviewer said (which really made me laugh once I got the candle and realized I did the EXACT same thing) when I come home and am walking up the stairs I can smell the candle and immediately ask my roommate "how long has the lafco been burning?!?!" not because it doesn't last long, but because I want to enjoy every minute that candle is burning! To wrap this up...yes it is an expensive candle, yes there are less expensive candles on the market, but you will not find another candle that is as enjoyable and worthwhile as a lafco candle and of the fragrances I've smelled at a store, the Bathroom scent is the best one. As far as burn time, I haven't kept track hour by hour but we've had this candle for a month and a half and have burned it for many hours...it lasts a very long time (just be SURE the first time you light the candle to trim the wick and allow the candle to burn until the entire top has melted so that you don't get a tunnel and waste half of the candle-google how to properly burn a candle if you don't know, it's worth the time) ... show more

Do not buy! This item does not burn properly, and more than 50% of your candle will go to waste! It is so overpriced, it’s ridiculous! This product smells heavenly prior to burning, but that is the only time you will actually smell the candle.As soon as you burn it, the scent disappears, and the wicks are at best 1/16th of an inch long when burning, and you have to look VERY closely for the flame. You pour off the extra wax, and it makes NO difference. Again, the flame you can barely see, resulting in it NOT burning properly. Additionally, as it is burning, more than 50% of the wax is not being burned against the wall, & this is a complete waste of wax and money. Save you money! There are plenty of other wonderful soy candles out there that are so much more affordable, produce a great scent that is very fragrant, you can actually SEE the flame burning, and all the product is used and burns away properly- there is no waste. You will not have a majority of your candle left behind up against the wall. Do not buy this, complete waste of money! Can I get a refund? ... show more

This candle is packaged very nicely the vessel that it comes in obviously is very pretty however it does not burn for the burn time that is advertised if you would like to be left with a nice vessel to put other things in then obviously go ahead and buy it if you have money to burn. No pun intended. Otherwise I think there are other candles that will burn cleanly and smell Equally as nice for less than half of the money ... show more

It definitely didn't meet my expectations but it's because I made a gamble. I was at the four Seasons and smelt the Champagne Penthouse candle and it's all I've thought about all year. I am building a new house so as my house warming gift to myself I got on amazon to order it and it was 60 dollars so I thought I would try to find cheaper. The rating was 5 stars for this one and it sounded like a light good smell and it was 39 so I ordered this one. Now that I've received it I'm definitely disappointed that I purchased this one. I love LAFCO candles. They have the most luscious scents that last to the bottom of the wick. Marine is my favorite - very clean and crisp smelling. There tends to get black oily build up on the insides of the glass, but it wipes out easily with a paper towel (when the candle is cool of course). I'm at the end of my 2nd one, but I burn mine almost daily. Pricey, but they last a long time and are worth it!! ... show more

Love these candles and this scent in particular. Received my first candle as a gift and have now ordered them for myself. LOVE that the scent fills the room and if left burning long enough, the entire house. My only complaint is the price- they aren't cheap!
