It was super easy to assemble and I think the quality is pretty good. I like that the bars have the number of points represented by color bands, and I also like that you can change where they go (like 3 point bar doesn’t have to be the top one if you don’t want it to be). The bolas are hard and kinda heavy, feel just like golf balls so they travel hard and fast. My friend has this game that is metal ladders and the bolas are like a heavy foam (dense like a nerf football). I think I’d prefer the heavy foam balls to the hard plastic. I’m not sure if this was because my 2yo nephew kept rocking the apparatuses and pulling on them and maybe touching the knob bolts, but the bolts holding the uprights sturdy came loose a bit at the base and had to keep being re-tightened, and one of the bolts holding one of the rails to the upright came off completely during gameplay. It wasn’t a big deal, still very much enjoyed it and hope it lasts a long time! ... show more

This has been a sturdy ladder Ball set, easy to transport and reassemble If partially disassembled (which is what I was hoping for). I wish the score board had numbers - the pegs have loosened up in one of them, and has come out repetitively (so we just guess where it was and keep playing). Some of the details are lacking (like one of the legs is crooked), but aesthetics aren’t a deal beaker. This wasn’t terribly expensive, and for the $ I’ve been satisfied with the product. ... show more

Feels pretty sturdy, wood looks nice, but it's a soft wood, will likely get banged up easily. Holes for scoring didn't come pre-punched out, as you can see in the picture. Since it was for an event I spent the time punching them all out with the markers, so that was a little annoying but nothing serious. ... show more

Wanted a wooden ladder ball game for my wedding reception and this was perfect. Assembly is super easy and quick and doesn’t need any tools! Will be using this for backyard events and the beach, it seems like it’ll last a lifetime of use.
