Quality is fantastic, color is perfect for my nypd midnight navy requirements, the reason I cannot give it 5 stars is the sizing. 30 is too tight but 32 is too loose, the elastic doesn't stretch a whole lot and the hips are slim fit. So if you're a girl with sizable hips these won't work for you unless you size up one. ... show more
