This candle comes in a beautiful jar that is definitely a keeper. When I opened the jar, the scent was strong and wonderful. I couldn't wait for it to fill my entire room with that wintry smell. However, when I started burning it, the scent was not nearly as strong. To smell it, I had to get fairly close to it. It does burn for a long time, so that's a plus. It is packaged well to prevent breakage. The holder itself is pretty, sage green in a light shade, with a ceramic topper. It’s definitely giftable, my only issue is the scent is so weak that I have to put my nose right above it to smell anything. It’s an expensive candle to lack scent.
