I’m wondering if anybody else had this issue. I can’t seem to contact seller. Mine came with a ring and a insert but if the insert wasn’t in it was just a ring which doesn’t hold the balls in very well. Maybe I’m missing something

Beautiful color, but it does stain easily. I like that it’s made of a soft cushion material because my daughter can easily climb in and out of it without hurting herself because it bends with her when pressure is added.

I bought this on prime day for a great price. It’s really soft and a great size. The walls are tall enough where my one year old can jump around and it helps keep her contained. For some reason I thought I got gray but it’s white… and really white so I’m hoping it stays clean. The cover is so soft and easy to remove for cleaning. I hope it washes well. ... show more

I absolutely love it. I bought it for my sons first birthday. It’s super soft and beautiful. It came with enough balls to fill about half way which is okay for now for my one year old. I was pleasantly surprised with its beauty. I was really hesitant to buy with no reviews but I don’t regret it at all. I thought it came in a non circular shape on purpose though.
