I bought the full set just because I plan on upgrading/modifying. These work great but not without some upgrades. More stars if the ESC was better to be honest. I own a hub motor Electric Longboard and wanted to get these to get a foundation for a custom board. Flaws: ESC works fine, it's dual motor, comes with battery indicator (not pictured) and power switch... but there's a slight delay when you accelerate from the remote and when the board actually starts moving, same with breaking. A little sketchy until you get used to it... but a better ESC and Remote would fix this. Turning radius is basically 0 without almost being diagonal on the deck even with the angled risers, and the springs that come with it (for me being 230lbs) are so stretchy trying to lean on the board will just tip you off. It could ALSO be my deck (I haven't purchased a mountainboard deck or drop down might work too?) being a flat Stock Uditer S3 deck. Not really a flaw as it is I have no idea what an N63 motor means? I assume its just the name they're using for 6300 series type of motor. They seem to work fine for now, but I do plan on upgrading anyways... but it would be nice to know which ones come stock. How I fixed turning: I did a little research and found they (L-Faster) have 5mm springs (they come stock with 4mm) and they come in sets of 2, so i bought 2 sets. DO NOT USE BOTH. If you use 5mm springs front and back you won't tip off the board but you will have literally 0 turning. I figured out 4mm in the front, 5mm in the back you get some good turning... but I feel like if I had a drop down or mountainboard deck it would improve turning even more. Even though I can turn now it would benefit even more tweaking because leaning into a turn could be sharper. All-over fun stuff in general and hope anyone looking finds this useful. I like to tinker/modify things... so anyone looking for plug and play, just spend the extra money on a nicer brand. If you are up to modifying/hacking/upgrading this set is fine to get you going for ideas. ... show more

This is one of those products I would strongly recommend staying away from! It will end up being a headache and the outcome will not be enjoyable by any means! DO NOT expect any help from the seller and the worst part is Amazon will not help either because they are a third party seller meaning Amazon can not and will not do anything to help you out if things go sideways, as they did for me! Anyways as stated earlier just go elsewhere and save yourself the headache and what not!! ... show more

Awesome parts from L-Faster. I did go with a VESC 6.6 rather than use L-Faster ESC because I just could NOT get their remote to pair and the batter for the ESC was not compatible with my Lipo set up which 24,000mAh/12Cell. The motor sensor wires were a bit tricky. The wire colors that worked for me was of course red to red for 5v; black to black for GND(ground); no temperature I think, so I connected White(motor side) to Green wire(VESC side); Yellow wire(motor side) to orange(VESC); and orange wire(motor side) to yellow(VESC). White wire(VESC) was folded several times , placed into a heatshrink tube(don't remember size) and use a heat source to shrink the tube. Ask your questions via Amazon.com on this product and hopefully I will catch it and answer. I also used a FlySky FS-GT2 2.4GHZ remote. Connected VESC wire to Channel 2 on receiver. Just learnEd the RC lingo, "Channel 1 to turn and Channel 2 to burn." Hopefully this all makes sense. ... show more

Nice system. I ordered and received the full set with ESC and Controller. Works great with my board. The motors are strong enough to pull me up most hills on a full battery charge and the speed at top level approaches a scary 25 mph which will drain a battery quick especially offroad or uphill. About the turn radius. It sucks. The trucks are flat mount with zero radius of turn unless you Include the angled wedge rizer pads. Even so, turn response is slow and wide. I want to order an additional set if angled rizers to increase the turn, however, the shipment arrived without any written material whatsoever. I messaged the seller through Amazon but no response Would be 5 stars with a manual and better turning capability ... show more

I thought I would like the full setup I received. The motors are not strong enough to move the wheels with the 72t pulley. So I used what I had and built this board. I am very happy with the spring loaded trucks.
