I bought this particular cup to replace my old plastic cups which were no longer available. I only use it for coffee and I have my measurements for cream and sugar exactly the way I like it. Keeps coffee hot for a couple hours. There’s a problem with the lid. I bought (3) cups and two of the slides broke within a week. See the photo of the two lids on the left. The lid in the photo on the right is a replacement lid i purchased and it has worked great with no problems. The name of the new lid is Pandaria and the second photo shows the box and item numbers. They come two lids in a box and cost about $7.00 for the two lids. All in all a great cup just buy the other lids and you’ll be happy. ... show more

My son likes hot chocolate in the morning. This is a perfect mug so that he keeps it both warm and contained. Double wall insulation means it isn't hot to the touch. Easy to use and easy to wash. Great value compared to other, more expensive name-brand mugs.

Don't seem to keep beverage hot as I like. Have to put hot water in to heat up metal before hand. Otherwise it cools beverage same as regular drinking vessel

This cup seems to be thin metal so I thought it would be hot to the touch with hot coffee in it. Not so. I can hold it by the handle (which is large enough for my whole hand) or just around the cup. I put in coffee this am, closed the lid and turned it upside down. No leak. I like it.
