Bought the phones for use in Jamaica, put on the wifi to upload my apps etc .. it kept saying system error and would freeze from to time, so I'm thinking ok maybe it's just registering to the service area, I reach Jamaica put in a local Sim card...same issues as America, phone would shut off automatically, freeze,system error pops up on the screen, can't make calls,can't go into any settings because of the pop ups,,just all around waste of money and a waste of a phone ... show more

This phone is not unlocked and it is very slow. Also, the camera on it is not HD so the advertisement is completely false. I sent it back the same day for a refund. Do not waste your time or money!
