    • Motion sensor doesn't work right/ but got a new one and now it works

The mirror shuts off with motion sensor then turns right back on even with no movement will see if replacement works I have gotten a new one and now it works they were very responsive I like the product so far!

Just bought an old home, my wife said that the bathrooms looked older then us, she was right. We both agreed what we was going do do as far the mirrors and the lights. She the decorator and I'm the handy man. So we decided that we want lights above the mirrors, and we did. Thou, I changed the order with one of these for the hallway bathroom. Installed it without telling her. She loved it the the took the wench pointed it at me. Immediately, ordered another one and installed it for our bathroom. I am now safe. The first two were damaged and the third doesn't work properly. I turn on the motion sensor feature and the light turns off and right back on a again. This cycle continues until I stop it.

Mirror needs better cable management for plugins not directly behind center of mirror. The anti fog heating element stopped working after 30 days. The indicator control lights need to dimm more when the mirror is in "motion off" mode. I'm replacing with a more expensive brand in hopes that it will last longer. ... show more

Great looking mirror with a good amount of light with varying light tones. Works as a motion sensor which we thought would be great for our short term rental, however, although the motion sensor does activate the light so does everything else, it's on and off constantly. We returned the item for a replacement, however, the replacement is doing the same thing, we now have to return home to the UK and don't have time to wait for another replacement, so we're just reverting to a light switch to activate the light, this is such a shame as it appeared to start off so well until we realised something else was having an effect on the light. If you are buying this for the motion sensor, as we were, I would look elsewhere or just purchase a regular light/switch on switch off. ... show more
