I wanted to get myself a new pair of sneakers that helped me feel pretty and especially since my bday is in the springtime right when the cherry blossoms bloom. I bought the shoes because I saw great image reviews also yes they shoes run smaller but luckily the shoes I bought fit perfectly and not too big or too small, I’m normally a size 8.5-9.00, sometimes 9.5. I ordered size 11! Fits like 9. Good quality shoes as well. I was always self conscious of converse because I have WIDE and FLAT feet. My feet used to kind of go over the edge of the sole and in this shoe, this is not the case. I feel pretty and feel right for the new year. It’s my little gift to me. I saw these shoes on a Amazon ad and I’m so glad I added it to my long list of favorites.

I kind of anticipated that the sizing would be off, since these are a generic shoe. According to other reviews, these shoes are true to size, but I found that wasn't the case for me. I ordered my normal size and when they got here, I was super excited. They look just like the leading brand without the star logo, great! I'm not a fan of giant logos anyways and I wanted these specifically for weightlifting anyway, so I figured they were perfect. However... they didn't fit very great. Lengthwise, they were "ok", only about a thumbnails length between my big toes and the end of the shoe.. so that was a bummer. But what was even worse, is that my pinky toe sat right where the thicker triangle seam at the end of the eyelets was before the toe part of the shoe. It rubbed my pinky toes bad enough that I knew I wouldn't be comfortable in them. So, I decided to order 1 size up and see how it goes. While they're still a touch narrow, the length and width are both much better, and fit much more like my normal size in other shoes. I noticed some slight heel slipping, as I did with the smaller size, but going for a walk in them (and I'm sure it will continue to improve with more breaking in) the heel slipping stopped almost completely. I wore the bigger size that I'm keeping to the gym last night and they were perfect for lifting. Glad I got them, they're super cute and relatively comfortable for a flat-bottom shoe. However, if you're needing something for long durations on your feet, I would skip these. Otherwise excellent shoe! If you're in doubt at all or you like your shoes with sufficient room, order a size up. The smaller size also gripped my heel in such a way that I believe going for walks or wearing them for longer periods would've rubbed them and caused blisters, so im really glad I ordered the bigger size and can return the smaller ones.

My granddaughter is at that age where EVERYTHING matters (teenager)! And Especially in her school attire! For some reason, going to school has become a "fashion statement" and the "attitudes" are rough towards those who can't afford to reach the higher end ($$$$) of current fashion trend. Additionally she has very bad anxiety and getting her thru each day of school is a challenge...so I've tried to help her "fit in" the best I can. These SHOES are AMAZING!! She loves them, and for the most part, it's close enough to the expensive name brand that she still has self confidence, and the "comment" have only been kind. I purchased 4 different styles so she would be able to have them to "change up" her outfits. The price is excellent (was able to get 4 pairs instead of just one) and the quality of the shoes are good as well. And the best part, my grand daughter feels good in them. She also liked the "story" behind the embroidery on the shoes :) She now has her 'designer' shoes. And the best part is, she feels she stands out in a good way - "not the same as everyone else" - and for a teen, that is SO important! :)

For $20 a pair, they are good enough shoes. Not very well made or comfortable, but a cute "fashion" shoe. We had to return the first pair because the insole was glued in incorrectly, making the shoes unwearable. The replacement pair have been ok.
