My son loves these shoes and we are on his third pair in order of size. He loves them because we ordered the "Blippi colors" blue and orange. The shoes are very durable. They tend to wear down a little on the toe and where it was once blue it is now worn down to the orange liner, but it looks good. The bottom of the shoes have hardly any where. They are very durable. ALso the outside has held up very well. We have washed these in the washing machine a few times and let them air dry and no major damage. WE only get rid of them because they are outgrown. My only gripe is I am paying $40 for some unknown brand of shoes, I've paid less for Nikes and addidas shoes for kids and they have multi billion dollar advertising budgets. So I'm not sure why they are so expensive, but if you do buy them, I think you will be pleased with how they hold up. ... show more

These running shoes are great for my soon-to-be 8 yr old! We needed a lightweight shoe to add orthopedic arch support inserts for her flat feet to reduce foot fatigue. Her foot measures 7 3/4” long x 3” wide so, this size was perfect. I bought Kidsinsole from Bachophy through Amazon (size Little Kid 13-2 M) and they slid right in without trimming (after removing the shoes’ inserts)! Amazon.com/shops/Bacophy. Not sure about durability yet so, rating reflects that but, they look well made. The Velcro strap is a lot more durable and ‘grippier’ than sketchers’. ... show more
