Kit came packaged better then I've ever had any parts. Custom fit box made this kit perfect. Kit is meant for an Explorer, however the suspension is nearly thw same as my Ford Flex Limited so I figured I'd try it out and guess what? It was a perfect fit!! I did have to 180 reverse the direction of the front spacers to line properly. I would highly recommend buying from this company if this is how all their part kits come.     • Bad modifications for axels
This will put a lot of stress your axels and will cause fast degradation. They are very useful off-road but the won’t last long. It increases the angle in excess of 50% over oem.

Installed this in about 6 hours in my driveway. Everything went on fairly easy. I love the look. I even managed to put new rims and larger tires(265/65R18) (31.5"). Only had to trim the rear plastic from the fender wells. It gave me a total lift of about 3.5 - 3.75". The only complaint I have is the stupid design for the sway bar link extensions. I had to buy some extra washers that helped because they were bending and knocking around. We will see how long it last before they break. I guess when that happens I'll have to get some custom made that are a stronger design. Also the direction we're wrong. When putting on the spacer in the front rotate the strut mount opposite of the direction the installation tells you. I installed this and when getting it aligned they couldn't fix my camber I had to rotate my strut mounts. Update; Soo the sway bar link extensions finally broke and instead of having them replaced or remade just found new sway bar links. That worked perfectly. Moog part# 750124 ... show more

Have had to replace a bracket twice. Broke both times in same side. The passengers front. Twice within 6 months. Phone number, email and “chat” in their website DO NOT WORK. No way to contact them. And I am out a lot of cash. Help!

    • Crap metal and not level
This product claims to lift the front 2 1/2 inches and should level with the back kit installed. It is not level. Also the metal for the tire rod extensions are weak and they break. Lasted less than 90 days. And you can’t reach customer service
