It isn’t bad. It definitely does the job. The mark won’t fully go away but it will make it far less visible and also secure it in the process so it doesn’t crack or crack further. I see people on here giving it a bad review when they are trying to use it for huge cracks on their windsheilds… that’s not what this product is for, it’s for small dings. If your windsheild has a big crack in it then you need to replace your windshield as this product won’t do it justice. I had a small ring on mine and the photos I posted speak for themselves. This worked almost perfectly. I had a crack/ding on my windshield from a flying rock. The damage wasn't too large (maybe the size of a dime), but unfortunately, it was in my line of sight. Instead of paying the local window shop $75 for a repair or more for a replacement, I figured I'd give this a try. I was pleasantly surprised with the results. The crack was completely filled in, and all that remained was a tiny chip (I could probably get that out, too, if I reapply the process, but I didn't want to mess with near perfect success). Used this on two different vehicles, first my truck, had a small star chip. Was able to make it more or less disappear, only visible in direct sunlight when inside the truck. Second vehicle was a smaller suv with a long crack along the lower front window. It didn't really do good in this situation, nor did I have high hopes. The suction power is just to finite to handle anything but a small chip/crack. I did do as others suggested and used the plunger outside, while inside using a rubber hose line to suck more pressure, drawing the glue deeper into the crack.
