There are a lot of parts that get all this together, and everything is there to get you started, and very well packaged. Instructions were clear and included video links per step. Would recommend that you take inventory of everything just to acclimate yourself with all the parts. The 31” base is heavy, no joke, and takes two people to load up in a vehicle. There are enough carrying cases for the round light, all the remotes and cables. Setup and takedown take a bit and best to have a checklist of sorts. Once you get it up and running, it’s a blast. There are many uses for it to, that you’ll start to come up with and get creative. I also purchased stantions/dividers so people don’t run into the selfie stick part as it’s moving. Overall, super happy with product and purchase!!

I have had my 360 photo booth for over a year & love using it. Props on their customers service as my remote quit working and they are sending me a new 1 free of charge when my warranty is expired. I also love my custom magnetic Logo they made me for advertising my business. I have it on the silver carrying case the machine comes with & put it on my car when driving. Awesome customer service. Great product has everything you need to get started! Knocked off 1 start due to some minor issues, power pack failed after first use and the base LED strip also failed, these are replaceable.

Update- after I left my review they went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. They replaced the machine that was outside of the return window and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I used the new machine and it is working perfectly fine! I commend their TOP Notch customer service and will consider them for any future purchases. I purchased this for a NYE party. The phone holder is flimsy and the platform is not as stable as it should be. It is advertised as 3-4 people. Unless everyone is 100lbs that is not accurate. The phone option was appealing, however, if 2-3 people are on it; the platform shakes and the video is extremely shaky. It did the job for a very informal gathering and I missed the return date so I kept it. 2nd use was a week ago (3 weeks after 1st try) and the ring light broke. Parts are cheap. Don’t waste your money. Do your research before purchasing.

I purchased the 360 Photo Booth for my sister 30th birthday party. It was easy to assemble and disassemble. Everyone at the party loved it!!! It is heavy so I suggested having two people when traveling with booth. I had a few issues but as all the reviews say customer service is amazing! Got back to me within the 12hr mark. Even when I missed the call they tried every attempt to contact me that I listed. I promise you won’t be disappointed once you get everything up and running.
