This brace provides great support as I ease back into swimming from a rotator cuff tear. I use it with the cold pack immediately after exercise to keep down the inflammation and speed recovery. Being able to adjust the position of both the brace and the cold pack gives me relief where I need it. The velcro works really well, and covers a large area for easy adjustment.
