This 12-inch queen mattress is very comfortable and supportive. The combination of memory foam and pocket springs gives a nice balance of softness and firmness. It does a great job with motion isolation, so you don’t feel movement from a partner. The lumbar support helps reduce back pressure, and it feels comfortable for sleeping in different positions. It also expanded quickly after unpacking and had no smell. Overall, a great mattress for the price!

Pretty supportive. Have a bit sink just like what you see in the ad video. Need to adjust a bit since it is we were using one without a pad on. Could be better for me if it is more firm. No bad smell.

This is my first "mattress in a box" and I have to say that I've been skeptical about this type of mattress, as I've always had conventional spring mattresses in the past. As it turns out, this mattress is extremely comfortable and I'm sleeping better now than I've been in years. As claimed, this is a true hybrid mattress, combining the advantages of foam with individual pocket springs. It feels like a $1000 mattress. It's firm while still being soft on top. It conforms to the body without sinking in. I would classify it as "medium firm," as advertised. If you want "firm", then this mattress will probably be a little too soft for you. Just a note about the photo. I made the bed, then I remembered that I needed a photo, so I pulled the sheets back and took a photo of just a corner of the mattress. The mattress looks a little uneven in the photo but it's actually very well made, about as perfect as any mattress that I've seen. The stitching is absolutely perfect and there are no lumpy spots or uneven areas. So don't be put off by the photo. Unpacking the mattress was fairly easy. It came with a cutter tool to safely cut the plastic wrapping without damaging the mattress. Once opened, the mattress expands greatly in about one minute, then continues to expand slowly over the next 5 minutes. Let it sit for an hour to reach full expansion. The mattress is absolutely odor free. I received this mattress from Amazon Vine but I'm so pleased that I'm hoping a twin size mattress of the same mattress brand and type will become available, at which point I will happily buy one. 5-stars for this fine product.
