I talked my kids into wearing this in snowy weather by letting them know I got them ninja masks. They wanted to wear them all the time! It's thin but warm & comfortable. If you look at pics in reviews it varies on whether it reaches to the forehead. Our 2 pack set were both too short to reach the forehead. (Normal size heads here!) Another reviewer mentioned this too but I ordered hoping we'd get a "good" one...but didn't.

They fit okay but the forehead should be about an inch longer to cover their eyebrows and forehead. It covers their necks well. The material is warm and will last at least 2 Michigan winters.
