The media could not be loaded. These are absolutely wonderful. My first boots in this brand. The color is light gray. The fit is true to size. I did add an insert for extra support. These are cute, comfy and fairly easy to pull on. The major problem is that I slide all over in them on snow, and just had my foot slide out from under me to the rear and fell face first, luckily we have 6 inches of snow so far.
