    • Beautiful Boots Just Do Not Treat With Any Producr
We bought these boots for our six year old granddaughter and she loved them. They were a beautiful light beige color suede. She was happy until we used a water treatment on her new boots right out of the box. We were shocked the next morning to find the boots now had unevenly darkened suede. When dry they appeared to have spots. After speaking to UGG Customer Service we learned that it doesn't matter what brand of suede protector you apply, their boots are changed forever when protectors and cleaners are applied. Per UGG many customers have similar complaints. Even UGGs option to ckean the boots and refresh them cannot guarantee restoring the suede successfully. The boots dried a little more evenly but they are definitely darker and this little girl is disappointed. We also learned from UGG their suede boots should only be cleaned with a soft clean sponge and if dirty, to use dilured mild clear dish soap, not a suede cleaner. Let boots air dry completely then only touch with a clean dry cloth or sponge using blot motion in the direction of the suede nap. Never rub suede briskly with any suede brush per my phone call to UGG Customer Service. Buying these boots was an unexpected learning experience! The boot quality, size, fit, ease of wear, etc. was excellent and they were beautiful. They are a great value for the money, Just proceed carefully and do not treat UGG suede. ... show more

Yes! But what can you say about the cutest ugg boots on the market for kids? The fit is really good. They're very comfortable. The color is beautiful. They're very warm and if you Scotchgard them you can make them almost waterproof! I say buy them a little bit smaller if your feet aren't going to grow because they do stretch. Nice boots, comfy and nice looking. After 1.5 months they started falling apart. Definitely a short span. Next time will buy real UGGs with real lining
