I've packed them out on a several trips and come up empty handed minus a squirrel while deer hunting. So the only thing I can really comment on is the weight which is negligible and this comes with 4 bags and I believe I could easily fit a quartered whitetail in two of these bags. I carry all 4 because they're so light but if you are a big "ounces = pounds and pounds = pain" person you could carry two and be just fine with front and rear quarters and the back straps without issue. Ribs might cause some issue however I'm not sure the ribs would fit uncut. ... show more
