I received the original shipment from Amazon promptly, however, one of the upper pieces of glass had a defect/damage. Since the rest of the set was fine, I emailed the customer service address instead of returning for a replacement. Response from Anna was prompt and polite, and they promptly sent the new part. The glassware itself is quite variable in terms of thickness, edge polish, distortion particularly around the "point" of the conical upper piece, but all are thick enough to feel durable. One of the cones I received also had what look like air bubble inclusions inside the glass, and another one had a small piece of some sort of hard, dark material stuck to the inside, I am guessing it is a piece of the mold they use to form the cone pieces, but the quality in general is OK. Both the original and replacements arrived quite dirty with fingerprints and oily film on the glass, so make sure you wash before use.

The set is nice, however, the description stated two mother of pearl spoons would be included and i did not receive the spoons.

I purchased this item too late for New Year’s Eve so first used it for Easter. I hand-washed and dried it since it looked very delicate and set it aside. Next time I looked T it the entire upper rim of the caviar server (the conical upper piece) had broken off entirely. The item is ruined. There are two servers in the set and I haven’t tried the second. I do not think this is worth a single star but I cannot submit this review without selecting one - there must be a flaw in the manufacturing. The window for return is closed but if I hear from the manufacturer about this and if they do anything to rectify I will gladly update my review. I am so disappointed. UPDATE: I received an immediate response from the seller, Kook, who inquired how they could rectify the situation. I asked for a full refund, which they immediately processed. It is rare to find a company so concerned with service that they responded as soon as my review appeared and addressed the situation to my satisfaction. FOUR STARS FOR SERVICE AND PRINCIPLE! (Still sorry about the dish but I certainly recommend the company for how this was handled and happily resolved.)
