This was my first time using wallpaper of any kind so I was a little nervous. I watched a lot of videos on YouTube and was sure to measure out how much wallpaper I would need before purchasing. This wallpaper is so easy to apply and sticks well to smooth surfaces. I applied it to all of the doors in my house. The color is a champagne gold with a slight shimmer. The shimmer does not transfer at all, thankfully. I purchased three rolls to complete six doors in my house and had enough left over to wallpaper a portion of the wall behind my desk in my office. I wanted for the paper to be visible when I’m on zoom calls; the paper has been up for a week, and nothing has come off! I only used my hand to smooth it on and then I went over it with a dry paint roller just to be safe. It was also easy for me to match the pattern and use an exacto knife to cut off excess width and length. I definitely recommend this for beginners.

this design is really easy to match up at the seams and the application process is sooooo easy. it's just clingy enough without causing too much frustration during application. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Beautiful print and beautiful color, but if you have any kind of textured walls this will absolutely not stick or stay put. Even though it has a sticky adhesive. My walls are sort of a smooth, small texture and this paper fell off the wall the same day i installed it. The paper is a bit difficult to work with in that it’s very thin, breaks easily and tends to roll in on itself and stick together. Once this happens count that strip of paper as a loss. In order to get this paper to stay stuck I had to purchase extra spray adhesive for the backing. In my opinion this paper would work on smooth surfaces much better.

Full name of product: Kononia Peel and Stick Wallpaper, Golden Leaves Wallpaper, Modern Wallpaper,Vinyl Self Adhesive Wallpaper 17.7"x 236"(6meters) First impressions: this is simply lovely in person. The gold and cream look great together and the gold is not too garish but is definitely gold. There are marks on the back to help with cutting. The paper is a good weight and the adhesive is fantastic because as a first time wallpaper hanger I had to hang and rehang this paper A LOT. Plan things out before you start hanging paper willy nilly - there is a definite pattern you need to keep in mind so two pieces hanging next to each other don’t look weird. Installation/setup: I have never hung wallpaper before and so I made mistakes- like cutting my first piece too short and not matching the piece I had to hang next to it (as my cabinet is wider than the wallpaper) so I ended up scrapping the first piece I put up. I watched a YouTube video on hanging wallpaper that has a pattern to it and made sure to cut my pieces a little long and I also perfectly aligned my accompanying piece and the second time it came out great. I had a lot of bubbles and wrinkles but I just kept pulling it up and reapplying and it was remarkably okay with all the fussing I did. I then used a razor blade to cut off the extra half inch I’d left myself. Notes: if this is your first time hanging wallpaper you should watch some videos on hanging patterned wallpaper before doing anything crazy like cutting let alone hanging the wallpaper, haha. Get a squeegee from the dollar store or maybe a credit card- something with a flat edge- to help push out all the bubbles. And a razor blade is great to trim off the excess. I wanted to make my IKEA cabinets really look special and I think I managed to do so. Price point: when I got this roll of wallpaper it was listed at $11 which I think is an awesome deal. Final thoughts: if you know what you’re doing in regards to wallpaper hanging then just buy this, it’s amazing. If you are a first time wallpaper hanger you might want to get something with a more forgiving pattern or watch some good how to videos first. I completely recommend this wallpaper. If there are any issues with the item in the future I will update my review. ⭐️1 star -do not buy this product! ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - Not recommended, it’s not a good product ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - Product is okay and works well enough but I don’t think I would buy it again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - pretty good product but it could be better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - This is fantastic and you should buy it!
