These glasses definitely seem to block blue light. They come with a blue light and card showing how to confirm that they work and I am convinced they do that job. However, I cannot say that I am suffering any negative consequences from blue light nor gaining any advantages from blocking it by wearing these glasses. Like so many others, I work from home and am staring at my work laptop for 9-10 hours a day plus I use a USB-C hub to connect two additional monitors to it. Add to that the time I spend on my iPhone, iPad (writing reviews like this) or playing an occasional video game and I get probably get more screen time than I need. So, I tried these glasses out for a couple of days and really can’t say that I noticed any difference in my sleep habits, ability to decompress after work, etc. If, however, blue light is a problem for you, I do believe these glasses will block it.

i didn't recieve the glasses in the picture instead i recieved a black thick frame, however i definitely like the ones I recived great quality.

I love these glasses! They are very cute and classy looking. They are very simple and aren't too flashy. These help me with my headaches since all of my school is online. These help your eyes, so you don't strain them on your electronics all day. These do feel a little more fragile, so I have to be careful with them.

I got this glasses for my mom and my dad is the one who uses it non-stop. He wear the glasses to watch TV, when he's on his phone and computer. My dad said he likes it, my mom says the TV looks better with the glasses on. So I ended of getting them another pair.

As I stated on my review of a different dorky or pair of blue light glasses, I have contacts and do not like wearing glasses. However, that being said, I have seen a significant decrease in headaches and eyestrain from using these glasses the last 2 weeks at work. The pictures are not at work, they frown on us taking pictures there. I do use a cell phone, 2 screens at work, and then a laptop here at home. These glasses may need to be adjusted for different head sizes or ear shape, but they work really well foe filtering. Hence, the 4 stars. Lastly, when my boyfriend took these pictures he said they looked SO much better than the other pair!
