Perfect light weight glasses!

I bought these glasses more for fashion than for anti headache and eye strain so I'm not sure how effective it may be for that purpose. However, the glasses definitely do pass the blue light test they provided. I found the kit pretty cool and used it on my normal prescription glasses, which actually failed the blue light test, am considering putting prescription lens into these frames. The glasses are definitely lightweight, but because of that it does feel flimsy and like it might break if you were to drop it. However, they're definitely solid enough to wear outside, just treat them well and handle them with care. In terms of aesthetics, I LOVE them. The shape and color are very flattering and unique. I also really love the drawstring case and leather-like case it comes with.

Got the first pair - Great report from teen boy who is again desk bound for school staring at screen all day, and then - he is a gamer so more screen time. The 16 year old reports significantly less fatigue with his eyes! Less headaches. Better sleeping at night. My spouse also then wanted a pair, and similar report from her, so my 18 year old daughter began clamoring for a pair. Here they are, then. Score!!! So, got this pair for my daughter to use at night when on her phone to help with same issues as our boy. She’s happy as well now. The only problem is the product does not match the wire frame in the picture on the listing page - but this is a prelisted item, so no doubt this will be fixed. The actual pair is retro style and pink tortoise to black - but she likes this style more than that I. The picture. I am rocking in their eyes (ha! Pun intended!) with thoughtfulness. Perhaps I should consider getting a pair for myself...

This comes in a really nice soft shell case and includes a cloth pouch to slip them in and carry in your pocket, a clean cloth and they add in a blue light blocking test kit, which the little light didn't work with mine for I used an alternative light to see if the card reacted and the lenses stopped the reaction which they did (I guess). The glasses feel super cheap, which surprised me as the case and accessories are nice. The frame is lightweight and easily bends. The lenses seemed to be blurry, like cheap dollar store sunglasses tend to be (but I also wear prescription glasses). They did change the color of the lighting, like a super mild sun glass, so there seems to be something there, but the lenses just are not clear and ended up giving me a headache within minutes of wearing them. I could see a potential benefit from blue light blocking lenses, especially being on the computer all day, so I wanted to see if there was something to that, but that won't happen with these.

These glasses definitely seem to block blue light. They come with a blue light and card showing how to confirm that they work and I am convinced they do that job. However, I cannot say that I am suffering any negative consequences from blue light nor gaining any advantages from blocking it by wearing these glasses. Like so many others, I work from home and am staring at my work laptop for 9-10 hours a day plus I use a USB-C hub to connect two additional monitors to it. Add to that the time I spend on my iPhone, iPad (writing reviews like this) or playing an occasional video game and I get probably get more screen time than I need. So, I tried these glasses out for a couple of days and really can’t say that I noticed any difference in my sleep habits, ability to decompress after work, etc. If, however, blue light is a problem for you, I do believe these glasses will block it.

These are packaged well, there is a sleeve and a case plus a cleaning cloth. For someone that seems to have too many glasses and not enough cases... and therefore scratched glasses, it is appreciated. -Not the most beautiful of all glasses, I got the dark frame. But not horrible either. I have a narrow face and it is a bit wide on me but that is not unusual with glasses and these are 'universal'. -Lightweight -It does work with the small paper tester. As another reviewer stated, the tester is UV not blue but who do I believe? I can't say that I notice a difference in wearing these - my eyes still get tired but I wear my contacts all day so that could be expected. I am giving them 5 stars because I can't disprove the other reviewer.

I ordered the gold frame blue light blacking glasses but instead received the bi-colored (black and pink) glasses. The review is for the black/pink glasses I received. I don’t particularly like the bi-colored frames. The frames are thick and made of plastic but they are lightweight. The previous glasses I’ve worn had metal arms so it pushed against my temples and gave me a headache time to time. These glasses put less pressure so I have not felt much headaches since trying them on. The glasses came in a nice protective case AND a bag to protect the the case. There’s a blue ray blocker tester kit to try the reflectiveness of the lens. They blocked out the blue light 100%, no purple was visible on the tester.
