The bassinet has an opening that allows you to co-sleep with your baby and can close if you're not sleeping next to your baby to keep them safe. It has some rusty stains inside of cradle out of the box. Weird assembling at factory. Attached parts with rivets right through plastic wrap. This is not critical for me. In general I like this product.
