The blue is phenomenal quality, not see through, works at my school job where I have a dress code, airy, flowy and flattering. I am about 215, and gain a lot in my belly. I got XXL, has room to move, the thicker waist band is flattering, love the longer, butterfly sleeves. This does seem longer, so if shorter may not work. I am 5’6 1/2. The slit allows for range of movement. I am small chested but I would say this would still work if larger in that area. I may of been able to do XL but if I sized down possibly tight in the shoulders. Yes this dress fits a certain style. If not your style you won’t like this dress. This dress fits under modest, cottage core, etc. Absolutely love LOVE this dress and I’ll update if issues and how the other two patterns are. This dress fit poorly, is cheaply made and not at all as good as it looks in the picture. Not a good purchase. I returned it the very same day I received it.
