  • An excellent choice for the pricepoint
Size: 88 Key Hammer Action Color: 88 Key Hammer Action
88 Key Weighted Heavy Hammer Action Digital Piano. The keys feel quite heavy, so it is obviously fully weighted. The hammer action is more noticeable in the black keys, not so much in the white keys. The textured grain on the keys is a nice touch. The keyboard has a fairly substantial weight and feel, and of course it's a full 88 keys long. I wouldn't exactly consider it "portable", however it can be moved around easily enough. The built in speakers suck and honestly sound better if you dial down the volume. Without the instructions it's not too hard to figure out the controls, but the controls are cumbersome to work with. It has your typical 128 or so general MIDI tones. Some are good, some are ok, some are meh. The all important piano samples are somewhat good. There are no effects such as chorus, reverb, vibrato, or even a pitch bender. You can't even layer the tones. A few more buttons such as a number pad to directly enter instrument numbers would have been nice, because the knob dial lacks responsiveness. IMHO, the built in rhythms and demo songs are useless features on this keyboard. Stuff like that shouldn't be on a keyboard like this anyway. The music stand was also about useless. It did not fit well, so I left it off. I already had a much higher quality damper pedal, so I didn't even bother with the one it came with. While some of the above critique may seem a bit harsh, this instrument does have a decent enough piano-like feel and sound and is worthy of consideration. It should work well for beginners and even serious musicians on a budget. ... show more

  • Super easy to use right out of the box, with a zillion more features to discover later
Size: 88 Key Digital Piano Color: 88 Key Piano Keyboard
The media could not be loaded. This is a really nice keyboard that looks and plays like a piano. The weighted keys feel great - if my eyes were shut the feel and sound would make me think I was playing a piano, not a keyboard. Keep in mind, however, that I am a novice keyboard player, but I'm learning. :) This keyboard is large, as the description says, and doesn't come with a stand. So be sure you have space for it. It comes well packed in a large box that does say what it is, so know that if it's a gift. It is easy to open, and took me just a couple of minutes before it was ready to play. I love easy packaging! And for such a large piece there was relatively little styrofoam to dispose of and none of those little balls that stick to everything. Just unwrap, plug in, and it's ready to play. LOVE the fact that the on/off button is a hard push, meaning it stays down when it is on and pops up when you turn it off. I find that so much easier to use and more dependable than other modern electronic buttons. Without any cell phone or any knowledge of the instrument, you can play this. Then, when you are ready to go further, it comes with a pedal, an instruction booklet, and cords to hook it up to a cell phone or table. You can see that there are many things to do once you hook it up - all types of recording, adding rhythms, different sounds - tons. That would be an entirely different review or video to cover. :) I attached an unboxing video just to show how large it is, how it comes packaged with contents visible, and how easy it is to get it unpacked and working in minutes. If you do not have a permanent spot to set this up and keep it out, and plan on putting it away when you are not using it, then this is ideal because it would be super easy to put the 3 pieces of foam back on it, slide it back into the box, and put it safely in a close or under the bed until you play it next. Literally, 2 minutes to put it away and 2 minutes to get it out, so perfect for someone who doesn't have a lot of space to keep a full sized keyboard out all of the time. THE SHORT: The best thing is the weighted keys. They feel so great. I also love the simple "piano" look and that it is playable out of the box taking just minutes to unpack and play. I only see two negatives. First, when it is on there is a slight "air noise", like not quite static, but just a sound that tells you an electronic is on. So you definately want to turn this off when you are not playing. And two, while some features can be activated with the "function" button, it is not intuitive and other features require the app. All in all, I gave it 5 stars because it is exactly what it. ... show more

  • Love the Kmise 88 Key Piano, Sorry it had to go back.
Size: 88 Key Digital Piano Color: 88 Key Piano Keyboard
The o ly dislike about it was after a couple day of getting it there was a odd noise started like tick…tick….tick and it an annoying noise and called tech support twice and we couldn’t get it fixed so I had to send it back and replace it. Other than that I loved it and can’t wait to get the new one, ordered a different one, ordered the ”Starfavor SP-150W Digital Piano 88 Key” to replace it Little more expensive but it’s got three pedals but I’m thinking of getting the wooden furniture stands for it later, right now I have the double X stand that I bought with the Kmise Piano that will have to do. ... show more

  • Decent but not as advertised
Size: 88 Key Folding Piano Color: 88 Key Folding Piano
The 88 key folding piano is decent it sounds great easy to use and as of right now the battery holds for a few hrs. The down side is the Bluetooth function for midi doesn't work and there is no wired option for the USB c port they have even though it shows it in the pictures the other down side is it has dynamic keys which is automatically turned on everytime you turn on the keyboard so if you don't like this option you have to go into the menu everytime to turn it off not hard but very annoying I changed my review to 4 stars because the company has been reaching out regularly and is continuing to try to help me out ... show more

  • You get what you paid for
Size: 88 Key Hammer Action Color: 88 Key Hammer Action
Recently got this keyboard. Pros: 1. It is cheaper than most of the other hammer action keyboard. The 2nd cheapest I was able to found was $299. It's the main reason I'm keeping it. 2. Volume good Cons: 1. The keyboard is not as sensitive and weight is slightly off compared to my old Casio one. You can clearly feel the difference between this and a well known brand (in comparison, a better known brand usually sell $350+, if you can spare the extra $100, definitely go with a better known brand). 2. The pedal is not as sensitive, i have to get a new one. 3. Not sure if it's a packaging issue, but it did not come with the original packaging and was missing the manual. ... show more
