They seem well-made with good heavy duty sliding mechanism. You do lose a bit of shelf space because they don’t go all the way to the back, but ability to pull them out makes it worth it. They were reasonably easy to install especially after you learn just what to do on the first one.

Before these were installed, I used a flashlight to to see to the back and kower shelves. The pantry had 3 shelves, now it has 4 drawers. The drawers are sturdy and well designed , I used the side mount (40 lbs. max) instaed of bottom mount (20 lbs max) Likes: -Drawers pull all the way out. -Soft-close feature -Simple assembly but being somewhat handy helps. -Spacers blocks (incl.) work great for standard cabinet sizes. -Very sturdy, no sagging. Installation tips: -Use the existing shelf to use the spacers and to support the brackets during installation. Then remove the shelf when done. - Avoid putting the brackets at a hinge. They can interfere - Because of the type of hinges on the door, the hinge-side edge of the door extended into the opening area by about 1/8" causing the bracket to hit the door. To address this, I used some flat washers to push the front left-side bracket in toward the center so it didn't hit and scratch the door (it was needed at the back). IMPORTANT: use a longer screw to make up for the increased spacing from the bracket to the frame.

They were easy to put together and hang. While the instructions aren’t the best, there is a logic to it all. I wound up gluing and nailing them together because they just felt a little loose. I also used longer screws to attach the slides to the cabinets (just to be sure). Even with all of that, they were a good price compared to others on the market.

I bought this to add another slider in a cabinet that already contained two from a different manufacturer. It was easy to see how the originals had been installed and we didn’t think it would be as difficult as it turned out to be. What should have been a morning project turned into an all-day one. There were basic paper instructions included but I couldn’t find the video that other reviewers mentioned. My husband measured carefully and made sure the shelf was level but the drawer would not slide all the way in. Shims were added, added again, taken off, added to one side and finally he hammered a shim to the underside of the slide at the halfway point and that did the trick. This kept the slide from coming out of the channel. It still doesn’t slide as smoothly as my other sliding drawers but it functions. The wooden drawer itself, is good quality and was easy to put together, however it’s dimensions were 1/8” less than stated and this could’ve been part of the problem with installation. We will keep this but wouldn’t buy another one due to the difficulty of installation.

I purchased a total of four of these for a pantry in my kitchen. Be advised that these do not come assembled; you do have to put them together. No glue was necessary; it's a dovetail joint that holds the sides together. After I put the first one together, the remaining three went relatively easily.

Drawer had little to no finish/clear coat. Edges of drawer were full of sprinters. Bottom of drawer was very warped. Before I could put it back in the box, my son thought he was helping me and dry fitted the drawer. The insider of drawer is very shallow (~2.25”). Unable to pull it apart to return so I will be keeping it. Should not have to “refinish” a brand new item. On a side note, before receiving this pantry drawer I had ordered more in a different size and those will be returned unopened!

This is a very nice and strong pull out shelf. Much easier to assemble with a rubber mallet. My opening was the required 27" BUT my soft close hinges bring that size down to 26 3/4 so with the doors open I could not pull the shelf out. It is a good shelf and worth 5 stars but I wish the ad had said to measure the doors open width not just the frame opening width. My hinges open to 108 degrees so I am going to try 165 degree (lazy susan) hinges. If you have a better solution please reply. Regular hinges may not have this problem but I think the soft close hinges do. Update: The 165 degree soft close hinges worked great!
