I was very skeptical about purchasing this - because, let's face it - Amazon clothing is VERY hit or miss. I needed a light (but lined) black dress for a wedding in a few weeks. Read the reviews on this and checked out the photos - and decided to give it a try. I bought the black in size Large. I am a typical size "large" - I am 5'9" tall and have LONG legs. This hits above the knee on me - but NOT TOO high. I will be comfy in it. I am generally a 38-B cup, and while this does fit the BOOBS well, there's a little bit of tightness when I pull my arms and shoulders all the way forward. NOT enough for it to pop the back seams, and sizing up would make this TOO big, but I wanted to add that in there. This is lined, which I wanted because too often dresses are VERY see-through, and I don't need that. BUT, it appears thin enough that I won't be too hot. It has great detail (the large DOTS), and appears to be well made. It is loose over my tummy area, but does NOT make me appear to look pregnant - I do NOT have a tummy that sticks out, really..... so there's, that. I will wear with boy shorts under in case the wind is blowing - and likely black or leopard wedges. I do recommend this dress.

This is overall a good dress. It looks cute and it’s an easy dress to throw on. I got many compliments. It works for the price. However, there are some cons. I don’t think it is the most flattering if you have a larger chest but it functions well. I looked at other reviews for larger chested people and based off of that I bought a large. However, I personally thing the large was too big for me and created a less flattering cut. I didn’t find the chest area right like other people described (DDD). The liner underneath the dress is a few inches shorter than the outside dress and bunched up a little under the dress as it had a tighter fit. Especially the liner would ride up in the collar area for me as the liner went over my chest. Also the outer layer is very sheer in some photographs with professional lighting so it looks very short (attached pic) if you are moving around.

Not going to pretend I'm a super model. Can't lie. I'm 42 years old, 5'2" tall and about 185lbs. My boobs are full sized. Its hard to find cute modern dresses that don't leave me worried my tatas might spill out. No v-necks for me! So I saw this dress and fell in love with the shape. After reading reviews that it fits lose because of the style so no need to size up, I went ahead and got a large. Girl.... I needed an xl. I slid this dress on and was like- its so cute!!! But..... lemme tell ya my tatas we squeezed so tight it felt like I'd wrapped them up to play football. So if you have large boobs.... size UP. The chest area is very unforgiving. Totally fitted. No stretch at all. The length was good for me as I'm short, hit a bit above the knee. For a tall girl this dress might show all the things Jesus says to hide, know what I mean? So plan accordingly. No windy days. Absolutely love this dress overall and recieved many compliments at the baby shower I wore this to on how beautiful I looked in it. However that may have also had something to do with not wearing my usual sweatpants and messy mom-bun? I guess we will never know.

I want to love this so bad. It’s very tight in the upper body. I got the biggest size they offered (xl) and it fits good enough, just tight in the arms more than anything. The slip underneath is very snug. I’m a 40D-DD, xl-2x in tops and I tried it on with a regular bra (2nd pic), no bra (3rd pic), and a sports bra (last pic). It’s most bearable with no bra, but then I look like a blue lump. I wish they had it in xxl!!! Also, the seam on the left boob is sewn much differently than the one on the right. It’s cute, but I also feel like I’m bout to go take a nap… I got it for my anniversary dinner later in the week, and now idk what to do. 🥲

This dress is cute, comfortable, and fits perfectly! It's girly, but casual. It has a layer underneath, so it's very functional. I absolutely love it and I'm getting it in another color.

I tried it on with a bra and without and it would not go over my breasts at all. Very cute though. I got my clothes size due to measurements but didn’t work for my chest.

I bought a large at 5'5, 180 and a DD chest. It was so incredibly cute but was not large enough for my chest and flattened it. I think an XL would have been too big and flowy. Hated to return it....
