  • Adorable gift
Color: Golden Retriever Yard
I got this to help a friend celebrate her new back yard - it's on a hard card stock that has some grittiness to the page. The illustration is a nice watercolor, and the dog is adorable. It's a fun, high quality card that helps celebrate a fun moment in any homeowner or dog's life.

  • Pleasantly Surprised!
Color: New Walls Stories
I am an insurance agent, and when clients purchase new homes I like to send them cards to congratulate them on an important and exciting milestone in their lives. I usually purchase bulk cards, but when I got the opportunity to review this one I jumped at the chance. I was actually VERY pleasantly surprised by the quality. It is a well made card, beautiful graphics, and it is completely blank inside for you to write in your own sentiments. What I was most impressed with, however, was the envelope. The envelope is made from heavy card stock-not the average colored paper envelope. This thing is STURDY, and will not rip during its travels through the mail. When I received the card wrapped in clear plastic, I assumed that there was a cardboard backing in there to protect the card during shipping-no, it was the envelope! That's how thick and sturdy it is! ... show more

  • Perfect for a New Home, Just Don't Trust the Envelope with Your Gift Card
Color: Home Sweet Home
My husband's adult son finally got his own place, and I wanted something a little more personal than grabbing the first generic congratulations card off the rack. This one caught my eye because it felt cheerful without being overly sentimental, which is a nice balance when you're celebrating a new chapter without writing a greeting card version of a Hallmark movie. The design is exactly what I was hoping for. The "Home Sweet New Home" message, along with the little illustrations of the coffee mug, chair, door, and keys, gives it a fun, welcoming feel. The cardstock is nice and sturdy, and the colors are bright without looking childish. One of my favorite things about it is that the inside is completely blank. I wanted room to write my own note instead of working around a paragraph someone else had already written. Besides, let's be honest. He was probably much more interested in the gift card tucked inside than reading a long emotional speech from me anyway. The one thing that surprised me was the envelope. It's made from a sturdy kraft paper, which looks nice, but it doesn't have any adhesive to seal it. I suppose you could tape it shut, but I personally wouldn't trust it in the mail with a gift card inside. We ended up hand delivering it when we visited the new house, so it wasn't an issue for us. If I were mailing it, I'd probably slip the whole thing into a larger mailing envelope for a little extra peace of mind. I could also see these being a great option for a Realtor to keep on hand after a closing. Just add a handwritten note, and maybe remember the outer envelope if you're sending it through the mail. ... show more

  • Perfect Congratulations Card for Someone Moving Into a New Home
Color: Home Sweet Home
This is a really nice card for celebrating a fresh move into a new home. The design is simple and tasteful, and it feels perfect for congratulating someone on their new place. One of the first things I noticed was the envelope. It has a thicker, durable feel to it, which makes it feel a little more premium than a standard greeting card envelope. I also really admire that there’s no branding anywhere on the card. Nothing printed on the back or inside, which gives it a clean look and makes it feel more personal. The inside is blank, so there’s plenty of room to write your own message, which I always prefer. Overall this is a thoughtful, simple, well-made congratulations card and perfect to give to someone after a move. ... show more

  • Cute Design, Decent Quality, but Overpriced
Color: Home Sweet Home
Pros: Charming Design: The "Home Sweet New Home" illustration is warm, welcoming, and perfect for new homeowners. Premium Envelope: The included kraft paper envelope is exceptionally thick and feels very high quality. Good Card Stock: The card itself has a nice, sturdy weight to it that doesn't feel flimsy. Cons: At $7, the price feels a little steep. Final Verdict: While greeting cards have gotten more expensive lately, $7 is hard to justify for this item. The cardstock is decent, and the envelope is excellent. You'll have to decide if that's worth the premium $7 price tag. It is a lovely card if you do not mind the splurge, but it is not a great value for the money. ... show more

  • Quality card but no adhesive on envelope
Color: Home Sweet Home
Nice quality greeting card. The paper is thick and sturdy with a smooth finish that feels much nicer than a flimsy standard card. The colors are bold and vibrant just like the listing photos, and the design is really cute for welcoming someone into a new home. The inside is blank with plenty of room to write a personalized message. It comes with an envelope, though it uses a tuck flap instead of adhesive. That actually worked perfectly for my use since I’m leaving it out for a new renter instead of mailing it, but worth noting in case you do plan to stick the card in the mail. ... show more

  • Nice card with envelope but a little pricey.
Color: Home Sweet Home
I like to keep a variety of cards on hand for birthdays, new homes etc. The "new home" card by KINGNAME is a nice card. It is blank inside so that you can write the sentiment that you want whether is business related or personal. The ink job on the design is a good one and the design has nice clean lines. The card stock it is printed on is a nice weight, good quality and not flimsy like some cards are. The overall design is pleasing and the card is approximately 5 x 7 which is a nice size . The envelope probably impressed me the most. It is made of a nice heavy weighted craft paper. With all of that said, this card is just fine, but there isn't anything really that special enough about it for the priappce. I think for one card that is a little pricey. For some reason I thought it would be six cards in total. I guess my brain was tired when I ordered it. Like I said the card itself is certainly satisfactory, I probably look around for a better price point or maybe a set of cards. So for quality at this price I am giving it four stars. ... show more
