I do worry about the little green stones falling out, but they didn't after wearing all day, so we'll see how long they hang in there when I start wearing it more frequently. I did get lots of compliments on this ring, it is very eye catching. I haven't worn it enough to comment on whether or not it is resistant to scratches, but if it is fully tungsten then it won't scratch too easily.
