I don't think words can relay my gratitude to this company and to it's product! I say that because my partner of 8 years and I finally tied the knot on 10/25/2019. I had taken our ring sizes and even compared them to the promise rings we both wore for that entire time that we've been together. I ordered 2 of the King Will Tungsten Carbide rings after researching rings for 8 weeks and comparing quality, price, customer satisfaction, et al. I knew I couldn't go wrong with this product after the constant high reviews about the quality of the product. Sooooo, I pulled the trigger and ordered the rings back in August without my fiance's knowledge. I wanted it to be a surprise for him to see the beautiful ring for the first time when my brother, who'd agreed to be ring bearer, presented them to us for placing with our vows. The issue...... on the BIG day.... he loved the ring but it didn't fit right.... it was too big. I couldn't believe it. My heart dropped. It was so weird because my fit nicely but his just didn't even though I'd taken careful measurement months in advance and even compared to his promise ring. I immediately (well, the day after our BIG day) turned to King Will via email since the return/exchange deadline with Amazon had passed. I was so afraid there was nothing that could be done except purchase another ring. I was relieved when, Heather, a rep with King Will immediately replied to my email (same day) and jumped at the opportunity to make our special day a good memory and not one ruined because of the ring not fitting. She offered us a discount on the purchase of another smaller sized ring and even sent us the tracking number of the ring once shipped so that there would be no hiccups between ordering, shipping, and delivery. I thought that would be the end of it all.... new ring... that fit, and still great quality! But..... yep, it happened again. I got the new ring a size smaller but it was still 1/2 a size too big. So, what do I do?....I turned to Heather again at King Will and, lo and behold, not even a day passed and she replied to send the ring back. She sent me another discount code to place the new order and, once again, once ordered she made sure the tracking code was delivered to my email so no hiccups between purchase and delivery. So, after the 3rd ring (for my, now hubby, had arrived first week of Nov since originally ordering our rings in Aug) this was fit like a charm. Finally, we can both be content with our wedding bands - beautiful, comfortable fit, scratch resistant and just the right weight to feel it on the finger but not with a heaviness that annoying like some band.... This was such an awesome opportunity that could have gone so terribly wrong but, thanks to King Will's awesome customer service team who would stop at nothing short of seeing our happiness in this experience prevail, I have come to the conclusion that I will forever speak King Will's praises and recommend my friends and family purchase from this company. They may be small but they still know the importance of customer service above profit, and I greatly appreciate and will forever remember how awesome they (Heather and the reset of the King Will team) were in at the most memorable moment. The quality of this ring is excellent, the metal is medium weight, and it fits like a glove. My son was very impressed by it's appearance and quality as well as its durability and color. I just received the ring today, so I cannot comment on scratch resistance or durability yet, but here are some first impressions. Finish - the finish is like a mirror and is simply brilliant! It's perfectly polished and looks absolutely amazing. Color - it's not dark at all. It actually has the same color as my Platinum wedding band. Size - do yourself a favor and spend 3 minutes to get measured at a jewelry store at your nearest mall or shopping center. I tried the paper and ruler method and even with my careful measuring, it was totally off. The DIY method resulted in a size 13. I went to get measured using a ring sizing kit and the result was a size 11. I ordered a size 11 and it fits PERFECTLY. No need to size up or down. Just get measured properly and you'll be set. I'm really happy with this ring and hope that the shine will hold and that it will be scratch resistant. Edit (Dec. 16, 2024): almost 3 years have passed, and this ring looks brand new! I do everything with it and rarely take it off. Durability A+++ Excellent quality

Bought this ring as my wife and I were strapped for money for our wedding. I have a nickel allergy, so inexpensive jewelry is a big no-no for me. Tungsten carbide I wasn't sure if it would irritate my skin or not as well. I bought this a few weeks before my wedding to make sure it fit. I measured about 22mm at home with a measuring tape. I bought a size 12 and find it to be a nice fit. It's easy enough to get off my finger when I shower. Sometimes it feels just a little too loose and I'm afraid it might come off. But this extra slack lets me spin it around my finger when I'm feeling pensive. I might have been better off with a size 11, but doubt it would have been as easy to get off. It's been almost 2 months and it hasn't lost any luster. I love the silver color. I do a lot of typing at my job (I work in IT). The ring has a nice weight to it (I can feel it when I'm typing - my ring finger carries slightly more momentum than my other fingers). It does not tire my finger out or irritate it at all. I'm pretty rough with it as well, my ring has been through chainsawing, woodworking and shoveling. I've brushed it against several abrasive surfaces and it doesn't have a mark on it. I was telling my wife we would buy "expensive" rings on our year anniversary, but I've changed my mind. This ring is well worth the money and
