Thankfully I just needed it for one day. It was royalty day at school for my son, and he looked super cute in it! It broke the same day though, they had to put a pin on it to keep it closed because the string broke off.

I would give this item a 3.5 star. Concept - 5 star: costume is perfect for ages 3-7 Value for Money - 4 star - good price point Durability - 1 star - not good. The velcros fell off immediately. Jewels need to be glued on securely. The ribbon that ties robe is very flimsy and falls off easily. All of these could be rectified by the manufacturer for a few pennies more. It is designed for a child I would say up to the age of 12 beyond that it may be a bit small in the crown, my son is using it for a play at school. We were able to modify it to meet our needs and the quality is decent given the price point

It came, right out of the pack, to wearing it for about 6ish hours. The capes tie broke. So if your wanting to reuse this item later reinforce the ties!
