I had a kindle before that was almost 7 years old. I lost it when we moved and I was DEVASTATED. I stuck to regular books for over a year, but when I saw the kindle went on sale for prime day I knew I had to get it. I love it so much - the brightness and blue light adjustments are so handy. It’s so easy to use and connected well to my kindle account. Of course the battery life lasts FOREVER - a signature of the kindle. It downloads books quickly and easily. Definitely worth the money!! It is a little bigger of course than previous kindles so I am planning on buying a pop socket to make it easier to hold. Overall I love it!!!

Great kindle, it is a little bigger than I'm used to but it's still comfortable enough to read. It functions well and being water proof is always a plus. Great value for you money.

I absolutely love using my kindle. It's easy to use, the battery life is incredible, charges quickly, light weight. The pages look like real pages from the book without the texture. I like that i can adjust the font. Amazing quality(may have dropped it a few times)

I am absolutely in love with my Kindle! It has quickly become my favorite gadget. The battery life is incredible—it lasts for weeks on a single charge, which means I can read to my heart's content without constantly worrying about recharging. The size is perfect, too. I loved, loved, loved my previous Kindle - 2015 version. It was lightweight and fit my hand (and my back pocket) well. But alas, all good things must come to an end. The battery started acting up (one minute it was 75%, next it was dead). It was getting too hard to manage and I needed to get a new one. So, I waited for Prime Days to get a deal (which really wasn't much of a deal - 10% off). I ordered the bundle with the charger and the cover. My thoughts on the Kindle: Pros: 1. Battery life seems to be great - I haven't had to charge it yet, and I use my Kindle every day. 2. I like the green color - anytime you can get something not in black is a bonus. 3. The screen size is bigger and the bezel is smaller, so the reading real estate is quite a bit larger than on my previous one. Cons: 1. It is slightly bigger and does not fit my hand as well. It is more difficult to read in bed, with the Kindle over my head, holding it with one hand. 2. It seems much heavier than the previous one - causing more problems when holding it over my head to read in bed. My arms get tired. 3. The cover that comes with it fits it well, but it does not have a hand strap to hold it with one hand. I have tried other covers, but I haven't found one yet that fits my purpose. (See my review on Moko Case for 6.8" Kindle Paperwhite (11th Generation-2021) and Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition, Slim PU Shell Cover Case with Auto-Wake/Sleep for Kindle Paperwhite 2021, Flowers - great idea, but magnet is not strong enough to hold it over your head.) Other than that, it does well what I love about the paperwhite - it is easy to read books in any light - dark room, lit room, sunlight. It holds a lot of books, and you can take your reading with you anywhere.
