It is mid June, and I have been on a diet with my husband since January! Longest diet in the history of the world for me. The thing that I crave most sometimes, even more than chocolate, is crunchy salty snacks. This is only 20 cal for the entire container, and is very low sodium even though it tastes plenty salty. My husband says it gets a little chewy right before you swallow, but for me, I have very much enjoyed having a guilt free salty snack! It is seaweed so it does have a touch of that ocean flavor.
